Tom McNeil is owner and chief executive officer who has 35 years experience in the trucking industry, beginning as a driver and owner-operator. Tom was owner and President of The Alliance Personnel Group, a member of The Ontario Traffic Club and Director of Human Resources for The Private Motor Truck Council. He served on Markel's Advisory Board and as a member of The Montreal Traffic Club. Tom organized the Truck Driving Championships for Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia and is currently a member of The Centennial Traffic Club of Kingston, Ontario.
